About VariFit
I’d like to welcome you to the VariFit Homepage and share our story.
It all started with Zumba Fitness and Zumba Gold.
As an Aero engine fitter, I taught Zumba Fitness and Gold in the evenings and weekends for fun and wellness.
Lockdown 2020 meant I had to shift the classes to online if we were to continue.
I decided to take redundancy from my engineering career with the idea that we would have a brand name, a logo and a variety of classes to keep us fit and mentally strong throughout this period. Within a few months of this, VariFit was created.
I enrolled in a business course, then a nutrition course, then a PT course and finally a website building course, all of which has enabled me to showcase our growth since March 2020
Our community continues to grow daily.
The online fitness world has become a preferred option for those self isolating or the time poor and so the mix of both online or face to face classes have evolved to suit. Hence all my classes are livestreamed and available as a recorded version for your convenience if you can’t make the class times.
